ARNOLD PECK AWARDS HARRY WEICHSEL TOP AGENT IN FAIRFIELD COUNTY ARNOLD PECK’S MILLION DOLLAR MAN WHO NEVER SLEEPS

The 100 plus agents at Pecks office have dubbed Weichsel “MR. BRIDGEPORT”  for the several large and the multitude of smaller transactions in and around his Hometown. Among the larger projects have been Webster Bank, Walgreens, the major multi million dollar office complex – all on Main St., the 22 unit Condo community on Boston Ave., as well as the new Auto Zone on State St. and the lease of a 12,000 sq.ft. of the former GE Warehouse to the East Stone Granite, Marble and Cabinet Showroom, in Stratford.  Now, Weichsel has numerous transactions brewing throughout the state of Connecticut, contact Harry for a list of his active listings for sale and/or lease.

With Peck at his side, Weichsel in turn is proud to be able to work hand in glove with A.P. as he likes to call Peck who is a walking warehouse of real estate knowledge wherein, he says, “We can count on each other for input and support to satisfy our clients needs and bring their products to a successful conclusion”.  Raised in Bridgeport, Weichsel developed his business skills from the ground up, working in the family clothing and bridal business. After attending the University of Connecticut, and upon returning from the Military, he grew the family business named “Fashions on Wheels” into the popular boutique The Fashion Showcase.  From there Harry went on to design marketing strategies for general land development in Florida, the Polaroid Corporation, the Jimmy Connors Champions Tennis Tour, Citi Bank, Chesseborough Ponds and numerous others.

A few of Weichsel’s transactions include the completed sale of the former Lisbon Café on Main St. in Bridgeport to a restaurateur, sale of the ten,  10 Lube Center businesses on the Boston Post Rd. in Milford, commercial land on Rosinoff Pl. in Bridgeport, a repair shop on Dover St. in Bridgeport, a medical building on Main St. in Bridgeport, the lease of a daycare center on Greenfield St. in Fairfield, a four million dollar sale of the 125 slip Pine Island Marina in Groton, the Million Dollar Plus sale of the Patrick Baker and Son Religious Supplies Facility in Fairfield and currently has been living up to the title bestowed upon him by Arnold Peck as his Million Dollar Man and top agent in Fairfield County. Some of Weichsel’s more notable successes throughout the State have included the 92 acre multi million dollar development in Southington with a Lowe’s and Target as  anchors, as well as  the several million dollar sale of the Massachusetts Bickford chain of  Restaurants, the establishment of a New Alliance Bank in Wallingford, a Sporting Complex in East Windsor and much more throughout Connecticut,  and particularly Bridgeport.

When not brokering Real Estate deals, Weichsel keeps himself quite busy, with a multitude of  diverse community interests. He is a PTR tennis instructor, the founder of the Grassroot Tennis Program in Bridgeport, which he expanded to eight cities in CT.  He has been on the Advisory Board of the USTA/New England and CT, the Share the Warmth Program for the homeless, and activist to “Safe Darfur”, has chaired the Annual Holocaust Committee in Bridgeport and is presently a sitting member of

Bridgeport’s Ethics Committee. He and his family are ardent skiers, with his grandson training and competing with the U.S. Olympic Team as a free style racer.  Harry is proud to have been able to serve his Country during the Korean War.  Peck and Weichsel have several substantial  real estate transactions currently pending. Both agree that the future in Real Estate is NOW and are confident in their ability to assist their local as well as International clients’.
