ARNOLD PECK – The Ultimate Real Estate Mogul
Arnold Peck has more than five decades of successful business dealings in both residential and commercial real estate. He began with the renovation of an old house in Milford Connecticut, to go on to the rehabilitation of turn of the century beach cottages along on the shoreline. As he continued, he began to rehab commercial buildings, sell residential properties and a passion for the real estate business was born. In 1967 he founded his own company, Arnold Peck’s Realty. He continues as the owner and broker of Property World USA, and Arnold Peck’s Commercial World.
Arnold’s meticulous attention to detail and the availability by each of his clients stand him apart. Residential or commercial, large transaction or small are awarded his focused attention. He expertly handles the opportunities or challenges facing each client, never too busy to take a call. His clients are therefore the beneficiaries of his multifaceted experience, and incomparable negotiating skills. These qualities have been recognized. Arnold was chosen as Southern New England’s “Real Estate Man of the Decade”, is included in the Who’s Who of the New England Real Estate Journal, and been selected several times for “Deal of the Year” by the Commercial Investment Division, also being designated an Emeritus status realtor.
The Post Road of Milford, Orange, and Stratford Connecticut have been commercially expanded by the significant work done by Arnold. He has contributed to the “Gold Mile” of Post Road by bringing such businesses as Sam’s Club, Friday’s, Subway, Town Fair Tire, Patriot Bank, and most of the major large car dealerships, to name a few. Involvement and cooperation by him has also included Contempo Square Plaza, Orange Town Center Plaza, and Gabrielle’s Plaza in Orange. In North Haven, the shopping center of Broadway Square was developed.
Residential real estate development has been no less striking by Arnold. He is a member of the New Haven and Fairfield County Home Builders Association, the Orange and Milford Chambers of Commerce, the National Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, and the Connecticut Developers Association. He has developed subdivisions in cities and towns as diverse as Newington, Litchfield, Orange, West Haven, Shelton, Stratford, Hamden, Rocky Hill, Bridgeport and Westville in New Haven. Additionally, no less than fifty-five developments in Milford alone. Creating over 10,000 new condos from apartment building conversions has also been accomplished, examples of these are: Orange Landing in West Haven, and Fairfield Commons in Bridgeport, CT.
Included in this astonishing level of continuing real estate productivity, is the substantial time and resources he devotes to his community and charitable causes, including the Red Cross, Boys & Girls Village, Cystic Fibrosis Organization, National Parkinson Foundation, Parkinson’s Disease Foundation, March of Dimes, and The MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Arnold Peck continues to bring his own brand of inventiveness, creativity and vision to the practice of all types of realty. He arrives at his office before everyone else
